Oakford Apartments

In 1999, we completed the conversion of the six-storey building at 182 Collins Street, Melbourne, into the Oakford Regent Serviced Apartments. The conversion, which also included the addition of a further two levels, took place over some existing tenancies and was completed in ten months.

A total of 56 apartments were constructed within the complex, with a minimum disruption to tenants trading on the ground floor.

All apartments were sold prior to the commencement of construction, with a guaranteed rental return for seven years.

With the completion and handing over of the Oakford Apartments, we sought and gained town-planning approval to construct an additional penthouse unit on the rooftop.
