Dale Robertson

Dale formed his own construction company in 1981, was during this 20-year period in the building and construction industry that Dale acquired a taste for property development.

In 1998 he established companies to concentrate on this area. Since then he has embarked upon a broad spectrum of projects and opportunities, establishing a sound record of heritage conservation, new developments and successfully managing all aspects of property development.

He has successfully designed and manufactured modular mining accommodation projects for some of Australia’s largest miners and mining camp operators, including the 400 man camp at Fortescue River Roadhouse for CITIC Pacific Mining. 

As Managing Director, Dale contributes to, and assumes responsibility for:

• Initial site identification and analysis
•  Schematic designs of proposed buildings
• Negotiation and acquisition of property
• Consultant appointment
• Finance and feasibility
